Finding Boomerang in your Inbox
Welcome to your new, super-powered Outlook! After installing Boomerang for Outlook, you'll notice some new icons that will help you access the Boomerang task pane, and with it all of our features.
From Outlook for Office365/Windows
To access the Boomerang task pane from the Outlook desktop client, compose a new email or select any email and click Open Boomerang from the Outlookribbon:
From Outlook for Mac
After you install the add-in, the Boomerang button will appear in the toolbar at the top of your inbox.
If you don't see it in the toolbar at the top of your inbox, look for the "See more items" (three dot icon) in the upper right of your inbox. Click on the icon, then select Customize Toolbar. You should then be able to drag and drop Boomerang into your task bar menu.
From Outlook on the Web
Outlook on the Web recently updated how it looks, so it can be a little tricker to find the Boomerang functions.
When composing a new message, down near the bottom should be an Add-Ins Icon (if you hover over it, it is labeled as More Apps), to the left of the last saved timestamp. Click on that icon, then Boomerang, then select the feature you want to use. For some accounts, the Boomerang button is inside an Ellipsis (...) menu rather than a More Apps button.
From the Inbox, you can activate Boomerang features by opening a message, then clicking the Add-Ins (More Apps) Icon or the Ellipsis (...) Menu for some accounts, then Boomerang, then the feature you want to use.
Accessing your Boomerang settings
In the bottom right-hand corner of the Boomerang Task Pane, you'll see a Manage button. This will take you to the Boomerang manage page, where you can access your Boomerang settings, invoices, and view and edit any pending messages.
