I use Safari and every time I try to use Boomerang, I am prompted to login over and over. What can I do?
The login loop you're stuck in is likely due to a Safari setting. Please complete the following steps:
- Click ' Safari' in the upper left corner of your screen
- Select Preferences from the drop down menu
- Click on the Privacy tab
- Uncheck " Prevent cross-site tracking"
- Restart Outlook for Mac (quit the app and reopen), or reload your Outlook for Mac window in Safari, and things should be working correctly now. If not, please send an email to email@example.com.
