How to transfer your subscription to a new email address

Please email with your old email address as well as the one you would like the subscription transferred to and we can get it done for you in a jiffy.

Please note that Personal plans are only compatible with email addresses ending in,, or, so they can not be transferred to Office365 business email addresses. Pro plans can be transferred to and from any Outlook or Microsoft-hosted Office365 email address.

What about all of the messages I had scheduled on my old account? Can those get moved over?

If you’re using a new email account/inbox, we will not be able to transfer the pending messages over. If you are using the same account/inbox, but just changing the domain/address, we might be able to transfer them over. Send an email to - we're happy to see what we can do!
